Using the tools

The free tools hosted at myguitartutor.com are provided "as is" for personal and professional use. You're welcome to use any output (chord charts, PDFs, embeds) commercially. Don't try to attack, scrape, or otherwise disrupt the service.

The platform (paid SaaS)

When you sign up for the multi-tenant teaching platform, separate platform-specific terms will apply at the point of sign-up. You'll have a chance to read them before you commit to anything.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous twelve months (which, for the free tools, is zero).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let existing customers know by email.
